Privacy First.  We will not sell or share your information with anyone.  Other than being lawfully required to by a legal arm of the government, your information stays strictly with us.  We do send out notices of special sales or new products, but only up to three times per year, and you will always be offered the option of opting out or reducing the number to twice or once per year.  

Policy

Payment:  Check, bank wire, VisaCard, Mastercard, American Express card.  Purchase orders accepted on a case by case basis.  Orders:  All accepted quotations and orders must be signed/dated and returned to us before we can ship. Cancellation:  If you decide you must cancel an order, please call us immediately to avoid any unnecessary charges.  If the order has already shipped, then we must handle the cancellation as a return as outlined below. Returns:  A return authorization number MUST be issued by us prior to returning any order or part of an order.  Also, all freight charges plus a restocking fee of 25% apply.  No returns allowable for any products that have been used.  Shipping:  All items are shipped F.O.B. the manufacturer, or F.O.B one of our stocking warehouses.  We have long standing relationships with some of the very best, most economical freight carriers in North America and your freight quotes always benefit from this. Damaged goods:  All products ship F.O.B. from the manufacturer or our warehouse.  Damaged product or parts shall be replaced or repaired at our discretion.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all shipments for freight damage.  You should refuse the shipment if any products have been damaged in transit.  Or if only a small portion of the order is damaged, you can get the driver to sign a note describing the damage on the bill of lading, and send, fax, or email a good scan copy to us and we will help secure payment for the damage claim and ship replacements.  The trucking company is soley responsible for damaged goods and making good on damage claims.  Warranty:  All of our products carry at a minimum our 1-Year warranty, unless otherwise noted. Excessive use such as over-limit weight and more than 8-hrs per day usage nullifies the warranty.  Replacement parts or item replacement shall be at our discretion. Sales Tax:  Will be charged when shipped to the same state as the manufacturer or one of our warehouses.  This will be noted on your quotation or sales order so that it is known prior to signing your order.
